Miracle Mile

Covered in haze
Wandering for days
In a daze just repeating their names.
Whiskey, and miles as our eyes fix for sundials in the wind, and the rage.
Solar flares from our stares, complain as the sunlight forgets the way.
Lavender smiles flutter and defile the chemical frame just burning in the brain.
Complex desire spilt on the tie, the tires covered in rye looking for a tune that would be placed on the grave.
Homeward, and down as the smiles flash like the house lights just a passport through the day.
